She is as happy as I've ever seen her. She brags to all her friends about this and recommends it as THE gift to buy for their significant other. Now that winter is here I must say, it is nice to sit on warm seat in the cold house.THE BAD: The bottom edge of the entire seat has a rather sharp and unfinished edge from the manufacturer. This is probably due to an attempt to reduce costs. I think that it's akin to leaving a sharp edge on a plate, a glass or flatware. It's stupid. I notice it most when I lift it up. My wife can feel it on her cheeks when seated. Even though she says it's worth it, I think it's unecessary, laziness and just poor judgment on the part of the manufacturer. Finish your product Kohler.THE UGLY: The cord. What're you going to do, right? It an electrical item and necessary. Deal with it. The upside is that at least they put a plug on it that lies flat to the wall and doesn't stick out. That's a plus.
