The design is very nice but required 3 hours for a plumber to install and very nearly required re-piping of the water supply to the toilet because of the unusual water connection. In two days one of the flush buttons was broken and the other was jammed in the flush position. I took that portion of the toilet apart and was surprised to see very cheap plastic parts used where the most use would occur. Kohler may have saved a dime here but for a $500 toilet the purchaser deserves more. In the same two days the toilet had plugged and would not flush. I used a snake and plunger to no avail. The plumber who installed the toilet was also not able to unplug it. Roto Rooter came and was able to get thing working again. They stated that they are busy unclogging low flow toilets and recommend that two ply toilet paper not be used and that at least once a week we flush with a five gallon bucket!
